How long will my order take?

For African customers:

Orders are processed within 5 working days. Delivery times vary by country, but we aim for most orders to arrive within 7–10 working days. Jersey orders are shipped from our Senegal hub, which may reduce delivery times depending on your location.

For customers in the UK, EU, and US:

Orders are processed and produced within 5 working days.

  • Delivery within 3 working days after processing.
  • Delivery within 10 working days after processing.
  • Delivery within 15 working days after processing.

Please note: Jerseys are shipped from our UK hub once a month, so delivery may take a little longer depending on when your order is placed in relation to the next shipping cycle.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Whether you’re in Africa, Europe, the UK, or the Americas, we’ll get your order to you. We operate two fulfilment hubs — one in Dakar and one in London — to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your region. You’ll see all relevant details at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • All major debit and credit cards
  • Local payment methods where available
  • Mobile money and international gateways through Shopify’s secure
    checkout
  • You’ll see your local currency at checkout if supported

What’s your return policy?

We hope you love your order, but if not, here’s how returns work:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns are currently at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service.
  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund (minus the original shipping costs) within 5 working days.

I ordered the wrong size or item. Can I change it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it.
