REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We want you to love your Stitched order — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Returns must be made at the customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, please contact us through the Contact Form on our website.
If approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund the item’s value to your original payment method.
  • We do not refund postage and packaging costs unless the item was faulty.

Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to appear in your account.
