Processing & Delivery Times
We’re a small, growing brand — and we take care in making each order right.
Please allow:
- 5 working days for order processing (printing, packing & quality checks)
- 7 working days for global delivery
That’s a total estimated delivery time of up to 12 days.
Where We Ship
We ship worldwide — our tribe has no borders.
However, we currently do not ship to the following regions due to sanctions or unreliable delivery services:
North Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Venezuela, Russia, Belarus, and certain conflict-affected zones.

Please note: We currently do not offer local delivery options in Africa, but we’re actively working on it.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are based on your region and destination.
Exact fees will be calculated at checkout.
At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

All items are:

- Shipped in eco-friendly, branded packaging
- Designed to arrive in great condition with minimal waste
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped:
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email
- We’ll send order status updates as it moves
Note: We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but we make sure every item gets to you safely.
Delivery Issues
If your item arrives damaged, lost, or significantly delayed, we’ll issue a full refund minus shipping costs.
